The villa, completely restored, is composed of 5 apartments plus the caretaker's house, who will be with his discreet presence a useful reference for any need or information.
On the upper floor, at guests disposal, an extremely panoramic swimming pool (size 9 x 5 m, depth 1,60 m) with whirlpool bath, laundry room, two bathrooms, a hot and cold shower and the solarium equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.

Villa Ischia is suitable for groups up to 22 people as well, who renting all the apartments will have at disposal a common hall with a professional kitchen located on ground floor, where stay all together for delightful and cheerful dinners.
Possibility to have breakfast service on request. Ischia has an easy access with approx. one hour by car ferry from the port of Pozzuoli or Napoli.
