Villa Mirty is a wonderful villa located only a few steps distant from the crystal sea of Baia Santa Reparata, in the proximity of Santa Teresa di Gallura, in front of the Southern coast of Corsica. Situated in a natural uncontaminated zone, the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean marquis, with breathtaking views of the pebble beaches and the sea. A recently built villa on one floor, characterised by its simple, modern and functional furniture, perfect for a seaside property. The villa is naturally shaded from the north-west winds and guarantees comfort and privacy. A path leads from the swimming pool area directly to the beach, not only but the geographical position allows guests to visit many other suggestive beaches in the local area not to mention the nearby archipelago of Magdalena.

INTERIOR

The villa is on one floor. The entrance gives directly into the living room and dining room and fully equipped kitchen: This property has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and one twin bedroom, a studio with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. All the rooms have direct access into the garden via French doors.

Equipment: satellite TV, stereo, dishwasher, teapot, moka, microwave, wood oven and barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot.

EXTERIOR

The property is surrounded by a park which is naturally fenced by rocks and stone walls. The garden consists of; a well kept lawn, and typical plants of the Mediterranean area. In the external area it is possible to make the most of the porch equipped with table and chairs, wood oven with barbecue which is situated behind the property, ideal for pleasant meals outdoors.

POOL

Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool distances 20 meters from the property and is surrounded in stone pavements and lawn. The pool is rectangular shape and measures 5 x 12,5 m. with a variable depth that goes from 1,20 to 2,20 m. This area is equipped with sun loungers, tables, and drinks tables. The entire pool area is enriched with plants.

Services included: fully cleaned property equipped with linens, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use).

Services on request (payable locally): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour per cleaner), extra linen (€ 10,00 per person).
