Villa Porto Rafael is a beautiful villa situated in a location with panoramic views over the bay and the islands of La Maddalena, the exclusive peninsula of Porto Rafael - Punta Sardegna.The house is surrounded by a large terraced garden with a beautiful lawn and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean (myrtle trees, prickly pears, olives).

The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool with sea water situated in a panoramic position and some lovely terraces that offer the possibility to eat outside and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The house is tastefully furnished with some pieces of the local tradition.

INTERIORS

Ground floor (access via a few steps): large and very beautiful panoramic terrace (partially covered) with sofas and dining area, access to the living-room (TV) with large windows overlooking the bay below and the Maddalena islands, small bar, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, orange squeezer) giving on to the breakfast area and to a nice covered terrace with large table and big barbecue.
