Villa Stefany is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated by the owners. The villa is externally plastered and internally furnished with beautifully furniture; the villa is the ideal accommodation for families.

Villa Stefany offers a spectacular view over the area of Lucca and the surrounding hills. Lucca is just ten kilometers away and can be easily reached by bus and also by train. The villa is situated along the way to Bagni di Lucca, with it's Spas, and close to the famous and suggestive "Devil's Bridge - Ponte del Diavolo".

INTERIORS

Villa Stefany is made up of three floors.

Ground floor: has the access on the east side of the villa and it opens onto the dining area with sofa and fireplace, and a step leads to the kitchen. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with shower. A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor, accessible through a circular staircase next by the kitchen.

First floor: has two accesses at the outdoors, one from the main entrance on West side and a staircase from the East side. On this floor there is a large living area with sofa and television, a study, a children area equipped with many toys, books and also a service bathroom. A staircase of 16 steps, leads to the second floor made up of the sleeping area.
There are two double bedrooms and one single with the possibility to add another bed. All bedrooms have acces to terraces and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower on this floor.

Accessories: Internet , television, DVD player, Cd player, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, american coffee maker, toaster, babycot,, highchair, iron and iron board, washing machine, hairdryer, board games, children toys, football table.

OUTSIDE

The park of villa Steffy measures about 1 hectare, only in some parts flat but completely fenced. The park is characterized by olive groves and plants that are typical for this area, as ornamental like oleander and fruit trees; it is possible to eat outside in front of the dining area and there is also a barbeque and a relaxing area with chairs and table in front of the main entrance of the house.

The swimming pool, open from the first Saturday of May until the last Saturday of September, has a rectangular shape and measures 6x12m with a variable depth from 1.40 to 2.00 m. It has chlorine depuration and is situated about 20 metres from the house. The area around the pool is equipped with sun lounges and sun beds. At guest disposal is also a bathroom with shower and a covered area equipped with table.

The price does not include: final cleaning €200.00, animals €50,00 per week
