Villa Stia is a lovely stonehouse set in a panoramic position, among the hills on the borders of the National Park of the Casentino. This area is rich of natural beauty with many castles, monasteries, and ancient churches.
Villa Stia can welcome up 12-14 people and is ideal for groups who want to spend their holidays together respecting their own privacy as it is composed of n.2 independent apartments (Fornace and Sorgente). Both of them can be rented separately and has its own entrance and outdoor area equipped with garden furniture and barbecue

With stone walls and wooden ceilings. Sitting/diningroom with open fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom leading to a single bedroom, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, communal washing machine, sat tv, tennis table, wireless internet access.
First floor (apartment Fornace) - 5+2 sleeps - Area 80 m2
Sitting/diningroom with double sofa bed and open fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. Large porch with wood oven for barbecueing or making pizzas.
EQUIPMENT: communal washing-machine, tv, table tennis, wireless internet access.

OUTDOOR
All around the house a wide green space (approx. 1.500 m2) completely fenced and overlooking the valley below . At guests disposal a beautiful swimming pool (size m 5x10 - depth m 1,50), children playground and table tennis.

Services not included: heating (€ 5,00/m3), obligatory final cleaning € 140,00-fix, € 70,00 for each apartment. Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 30 each per week. If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Security deposit: €300,00- to be paid cash on arrival, € 150,00 for each apartment.
