Villa Terracina is a modern style villa, built on the coastal road between Lido di Fondi and Sperlonga, two of the wellknown and frequented beaches of Latium region.
Rome and Naples are about 100 km away, easily reached by car or by train while in the surroundings, tourists can also visit protected WWF areas like the Circeo park as well as small medieval towns and gothic–cistercian abbeys.
Villa Terracina is an elegant, airy and bright villa with a garden facing the sea. This very comfortable house gives guests the possibility of living freely in an enchanting place.
The furnishings are very well kept and the white–ecru color of the upholstery gives relief to the nature colours of the garden. The two storey house is surrounded by a garden and has a private swimming pool.
Just 50 m from the house there is a small side gate which leads to the beach.

The villa has direct access to the beach of Terracina. Terracina is surrounded by several interesting targets for excursions: as Montecassino, The national park of Circeo, The Pontine Island ( with daily connections), Sperlonga as well as Fossanova Abbey and the numerous country villages in land. Terracina is to be found in a beautiful and charming inlet between the promontory of Circeo and the Point of Gaeta. Come along the old Appian way it is 102 kms from Rome and 130 kms from Naples. In this part of Lazio you can enjoy the 15kms of coastline with golden sands, blue sea and entertainment as well as the Mediterranean vegetation in the hills beyond and the numerous country villages in the land.
