Villa Tintoretto is a typical charming stone-built farmhouse recently restored.  The first time you arrive at the villa, you are marvelously impressed by the beautiful landscape:  a unique location with a cypress trees alley, as in Tuscan tradition, a house on the crest of a hill and a 360 ° breathtaking view. 

The villa is set in a secluded location for absolute privacy, in the heart of the countryside, just a few kilometres from Guardistallo and Casale Marittimo and less than 15 km from the Etruscan Coast.  It is the ideal destination to enjoy a stay in total relaxation and privacy 20 minutes from sea.

The villa has been renovated with great care and refined taste offering guests all the comforts and a private swimming pool

INTERIOR

Ground floor:  entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a second smaller living room also with a fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and finally a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

First floor: a stone staircase takes you to the upper floor which gives access to 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with bathroom.

OUTDOOR

The outside area is by far the most enjoyed part of the house, with a porch, table and chairs, stone bbq, 10 x 5 meter swimming pool (depth 150 cm) 
The pool is located right next to the villa in a dominant position with wonderful views over the surrounding landscape.
