Ground Floor:Â large living room with a large bar, a built-in kitchen with direct access to the garden, outdoor dining area, sleeping area and two bathrooms. There are three bedrooms, one double, one single and one with two bunk beds.
First Floor:Â second double bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.
ACCESSORIES: Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning (in the living room and in the room located on the first floor), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, TV SAT, iron and ironing board, fitness room, table tennis, 1 baby bed, 1 high chair.
OUTSIDE
The house is surrounded by a pretty fenced garden of about 400m2; on the west side of the house is located the nice swimmingpool (7x3) with a beautiful view over the sea.
At guests' disposal there is a private parking and a barbecue area with wood-burning oven.
