This stylish and modern villa is located in a quiet area, a few miles from Cascais and about 15 minutes from the Quinta da Marinha and Oitavos Dunes golf courses. Friends and families can spend luxurious holidays in this fully air-conditioned villa with stunning sea views and a heatable pool. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people.
INDOOR
The villa has three floors and a separate garden apartment.
The lower floor consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a terrace.
The ground floor above has one suite bedroom with twin beds and bathroom, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a toilet and exit to the large pool terrace.
On the top floor you will find the master suite with a double bed, bathroom with whirlpool tub, a small fitness area, cloakroom and a terrace. The garden apartment features a a suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with tub. Two extra beds can be requested free of charge. Two additional extra beds available on request at an additional cost.
Accessories: air conditioning, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, tumble dryer, fireplace, gym/fitness equipment, heating, Internet WIFI, oven, washing machine, bbq, grill, pool and pool heating.
NOTE: Young groups are not allowed.
OUTDOOR
The elegant pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and lounge furniture. On the terrace there is a barbecue and and outdoor dining area that gives the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals overlooking the ocean.
Parking space is available for two cars. The nearest beach, restaurants and bars are located a ten-minute drive away.
