Villetta Fucsia is a pretty house close to the most beautiful beaches and panoramas of the Southern coast of Sardinia. The house is a portion of a building divided in four properties, each one with private garden and separated from the others by a low wall.
Villetta Fucsia, along with its twin house Villetta Malva, is part of a private Estate of about 20 villas with the advantage of having a caretaker always on duty. The Estate is by the beach, which is reachable by going through a small wood of eucalyptus, and where it’s possible to hire deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
The geographic area surrounding Villetta Fucsia is rich in beaches and it’s not too far away from Cagliari and Villasimius. Furniture has been tastefully chosen but at the same time is perfect for a seaside house (Villetta Malva has a more simple furnishings). An external porch is furnished with table and chairs for enchanting meals “al fresco”.
INTERIOR
Villetta Fucsiais composed of a luminous open space with living-dining room and kitchen which is small but well organized. In the living room there are two sofa beds. A iron staircase leads to a open area with a double bedroom which is closed by a screen granting some privacy. There are also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is outside.
GARDEN
the garden of about 250 sqm, has lawn, olive trees and Mediterranean plants. Barbecue an external hot water shower and a basin. A large parking area a few metres from the house is at guests’ disposal.

POSITION: Geremeas is a touristic location situated on the coast of the Golf of Cagliari. You can arrive there by taking Strada Provinciale 17 that runs from Cagliari towards Villasimius.
