Villetta Malva is a pretty house close to the most beautiful beaches and panoramas of the Southern coast of Sardinia. The house is a portion of a building divided in four properties, each with private garden and separated from the others by a low wall.
Villetta Malva, along with its twin house Villetta Fucsia, is part of a private Estate of about 20 villas with the advantage of having a caretaker always on duty. The Estate is by the beach, which is reacheable just going through a small wood of eucalyptus, where it’s also possible to hire deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The geographic area surrounding Villa Malva is rich in beaches and it’s not too far away from Cagliari and Villasimius. Furniture is simple, perfect for a seaside house (Villa Malva has better furnishings). An external porch is furnished with table and chairs for enchanting meals “al fresco”.

POSITION: Geremeas is a touristic location situated on the coast of the Golf of Cagliari. You can arrive there by taking Strada Provinciale 17 that runs from Cagliari towards Villasimius. Three kilometres along Geremeas bay is definitely one of the most beautiful bays of this coast. The sea is crystalline and the sand is white and somewhat coarse.
