Vinaccia is a cosy small house immersed in the quietness of the countryside, 1,5 km far from Marciano della Chiana, a charming village easily reachable through a healthy walk.
This holiday house is the dependance of a beautiful estate that the owner, a well-known Tuscan designer, has transformed and made available for its guests. In common use with the owner, in the wide garden, a lovely swimming pool (size mt. 16x8, depth mt. 1,00-2,50), an external Jacuzzi (6 seats) and a gym provided with bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
Vinaccia has also a shaded veranda ideal for "al fresco" meals and relaxing moments equipped with table and chairs. The furnishings, elegant and sober, has been carefully chosen by the owner.
On request the owner will prepare breakfast and dinners and he will be more than glad to offer to his clients a typical Tuscan dinner during their stay.

FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, double bedroom.

POSITION
Marciano della Chiana is set on the top of a green hill in the middle of the Valdichiana Valley. The ancient medieval hamlet is dominated by the castle risen in the XIII century and by its imposing tower, which stands out on the surrounding landascape. Marciano still preserves the slow country life rhythms and the ancient peasant customs which, in time, call to mind the old Tuscan traditions.
