Podere Ciggiano is a lovely stone farmhouse set in a beautiful and panoramic position near the small village of Ciggiano in the Province of Arezzo. The house dates back to the end of the 700's and has been restructured respecting the original tuscan tradition.

The property is immersed in a rural environment that has all the typical characteristics of the Tuscan countryside.
From the pool, in an extraordinary sunny and panoramic position too, guests can enjoy the countryside in the valley below, with its endless fields of wheat, corn and sunflowers. All around, high hills, old villages, hamlets, villas, farmhouses, vineyards and olive groves merge harmoniously and compose a unique landscape. Higher up, the hills are covered with cool oak, chestnut and fir tree woods.

Thanks to careful restoration work, Podere Ciggiano has been transformed into a comfortable holiday villa with private pool that, with its magical combination of old and new, awaits those who wish to spend their holidays in this area.

The furniture and internal details are of a good level.

The villa is situated a few kilometers far fom Arezzo, Cortona, Monte San Savino, Trasimeno Lake, Sansepolcro, Chianti region, Valdorcia and many other famous Tuscan and Umbrian destinations

Podere Ciggiano is a big property situated 450 meters above sea level on 12 hectars of land, surrounded by green woods, olives and vineyards that are maintained by the owner family. Extra vergine olive oil, wine, honey, vin santo and grappa are all produced from the land and recognized as "Bio" products.

Das "Anwesen" ist einfach nur klasse! Schön abgelegen und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Region. Besonders in der Abenddämmerung ein unglaublicher Ausblick!

Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, hat einen schönen Pool und hat reichlich Entspannungsmöglichkeiten! Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden! Es hat 2 Doppelbettzimmer sowie ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. 2 Sofas sind vorhanden für weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten! Im Haus befindet sich ein offener Kamin für gemütliche Abende. TV vorhanden mit internationalen Sendern. Natur pur! Es kommen gelegentlich Pferde sowie die Hunde der Besitzer vorbei um sich Streicheleinheiten abzuholen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Hallo aus Deutschland,

die Woche in der Toskana war traumhaft. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles perfekt. Der Vermieter super freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit einfach genial. Der Blick, die Lage, das Haus, alles perfekt!!! Wir hätten am liebsten gleich den Umzugswagen bestellt und wären für immer da eingezogen. Es gab absolut überhaupt keinen Grund für Kritik. Einzig als Hilfe zum finden des Hauses wäre schön wenn eine Hausnummer oder der Name noch deutlicher außen angebracht wäre weil die Nummern nicht chronologisch angeordnet sind, war es am Anfang nicht ganz leicht zu finden.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und es allen weiter empfehlen! Auch die Abwicklung mit ihnen hat alles super geklappt.

Liebes Toskana Holiday Team

Zum 3.mal durften wir wunderschöne Toskana Ferien geniessen. Auch das 2.mal im „Podere Ciggiano“ war toll. Ein wunderschönes Haus, alles war sehr sauber, sehr schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht.

Die Familie Beatrice und Luca Rossi sind uns ans Herz gewachsen,einfach sehr sehr liebe nette Leute.

Wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder ein Ferienhaus bei Toskana Holiday gebucht,und sind überzeugt das es unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Wir freuen uns darauf und könne (und haben) Toskana Holiday nur weit empfehlen. Super Agentur.

All around the villa there is a large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, play area for children and the beautiful swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m) that looks out over the valley. At guests’ disposal table-tennis and bicycles.

The price includes: electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, internet Wi-Fi, swimming towels, pool and garden maintenance.

The price does not include: heating if used (€5.00 / cubic meter), final cleaning ( €12.00 per person with a minimum of €60,00), pets welcome (€5.00 each one per day), eventual tourist tax regarding the new legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner).
