The property is situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and are dominated by the antique Etruscan cities of Cortona and Castiglion del Lago.

At full guests disposal a large parc, a fresh wood with table and chairs, play area for children, table tennis.
The owners produce a good wine and olive oil available for the guests.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).

Heating Euro 5 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Tourist Tax Euro 0,80 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
