Der Pool und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Auch das Haus war mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet.
Die Vermieterin war sehr geduldigt und freundlich.
Leider haben wir das Haus nicht auf Anhieb gefunden, doch die
Vermieterin hat 40 Minuten geduldig auf uns gewartet.
Vielen Dank auch dass wir schon am Mittag das Ferienhaus
beziehen durften.
Gerne würde ich auch im kommenden Jahr wieder Ferien in der Toskana verbringen und
zwar vom 22.-29. Juli 2017.
Daher meine Frage. Wäre es Ihnen wohl möglich mir ein paar tolle Angebote zur Auswahl zu senden.
Ich würde mich über eine Nachricht von Ihnen sehr freuen.

Lovely small house on ground floor, comprising living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (also wheelchair accessible).

GARDEN AND POOLIf you are a couple looking for intimacy and romance, if you are thinking of a fairy-tale place to spend your honeymoon, Casa Cervognano is the right place for you. The house, its position, the shape of the garden with the high hedge that surrounds it, offer privacy and intimacy. In the outdoor plot, in addition to a gazebo equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue, you will also find a beautiful swimming pool (size 8x4 m, depth 1.45 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) and a Jacuzzi (2 x 2 m - 4 seats), both for your exclusive use, open from 01st May to 30th September)
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Private pool and Jacuzzi are open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Swimming towels.
Wi-Fi Internet access.
Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial set).
Baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Heating Euro 1 per kwh (if used).
Air conditioning Euro 1 per kwh (if used).
Small size pets are welcome on payment of 7 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. -
