From the house and front garden you can admire the harmonious view of the fertile and immense the Chiana Valley.

The house has been furnished with simple but comfortable furniture.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: entrance on a wide living room with arches, dining room with kitchen corner, sitting area with sofas, fireplace and TV, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with added single bed and private bathroom with bath.  
FIRST FLOOR: access both via internal wooden staircase and external stone staircase with typical, panoramic loggia, sitting-room with fireplace, sofa and TV, kitchen, double bedroom with added single bed and private bathroom with bath, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. With access via wooden staircase, attic with double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower. The 3 bedrooms on the first floor and the attic are endowed with air conditioning.

Casa Giolo is particularly suitable for family groups. The large living room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor, the large fireplace, the spacious bedrooms all furnished with local antiques and each with its own private bathroom and its own character and style, but above all the fenced swimming pool (size m. 5 x 10, depth m. 1.20-1.80 - open from 01st May to 30th September), make it particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 250.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms Euro 150 per week (if used).
Heating Euro 5 per hour (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 per 100 kg (if used).
