This recently-restored house sits on a large estate (10.000 square meters) with olive groves and vineyards. 

The swimming pool ( 13 x 6 m - minimum depth of 1.3 m - maximum depth 2,1 m  and outdoor shower (only cold water) of Casa Luce is situated in a scenic area about 20 meters from the house , and its use is shared with the owners (when present).

A well-tended garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining surrounds the entire house; barbecue.
