Set on the slopes of the Pratomagno high mountains rising from the Arno valley, the house is surrounded by terraces of olive groves leading down to the road of the seven bridges built on the remains of an old Etruscan road.

OUTDOOR

Close by the house on a natural terrace surrounded by olive groves and oak woods there is a children’s play area. In a sunny spot with lovely views is a 10x4 meter swimming pool (depth mt. 1,40) equipped with loungers, tables and umbrellas. The pool is open from 26th April to 04th October.

An old hay barn close by has been turned into a reading room with a small shop where local products are sold to the villa guests only. There is a laundry room with iron. In front of the house there is a pretty wooden gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals. Satellite television.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:  

Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Swimming towels.
Cleaning of the house at the end of each week (for multiple weeks bookings).
Wi-Fi Internet access.
Bed linen and bathroom towels.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: 

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120.
Heating Euro 9 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 12 years do not pay.

CHECK IN:  in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

CHECK OUT: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
