This beautiful farmhouse, Casale La Fiaba, was originally a small local used by the farmers as storage or as a stable. The house has been renovated and extended by the current owners who have created a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the plain of Lucca and Valdinievole.

The house is built of stone and reflected in the typical Tuscan house with floors made of terra cotta, exposed beams and stone staircase. Casale La Fiaba consists of three flats of which two joinable.

INTERIORS

The house is on two floors.

First floor: opening onto a living area with small kitchenette and sofa (one sofa bed), then there are three double bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower and access to the garden through windowless doors.
Also on this floor is the main living area with kitchen and always from the dining room there is access to the outside dining area that seats 12 people under the veranda.

Through an internal stone staircase leads upstairs where there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom, with shower. Also on this floor, but with access only from the outside, a small kitchenette with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom with balcony, and a small bathroom with shower.

Accessories: TV / DVD / CD, Internet Access, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cot and high chair, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer.


OUTDOOR

The house Garden The Fairy Tale covers an area of ​​3000 square meters, most featuring lawn enriched with flowers and ornamental plants. There are three spaces in the main dining area but is covered by American vineyards and is connected with the kitchen on the ground floor. You can use the barbecue and the wood oven.

The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, has a rectangular shape and measures 11 x 4.5 meters with a depth varying from 1,20 to 2,40 meters. The pool entrance is allowed by two steps inside. The pool is about 20 meters and accessible via a staircase of about 21 steps. The solarium area is paved and is equipped with beds, chairs and umbrella. There is also a solar shower.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
electricity (30,00 Euro per day), final cleaning (300,00 Euro), daily fee if pets are traveling (10,00 Euro per animal), weekly surcharge for max. 3 additional sleeps on sofa beds for more than 12 people (75,00 Euro each), event, tourist tax according to local legislation (depending on the municipality, details on arrival from the owner)

ON REQUEST:
heating if used (45,00 Euro per day), additional change of bed linen and towels (12,00 Euro per person)

PETS: are welcome on supplement

DEPOSIT: 800,00 Euro in cash on arrival

CHECK-IN: Saturday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (later arrivals may to be approved in advance. For arrivals after 8 p.m.  a surcharge of 50,00 Euro and after 10 p.m. a surcharge of 100,00 Euro will be charged )

CHECK-OUT: Saturday 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
