The location is also the ideal starting point to visit the wonders of Tuscany and central Italy, given the proximity of the main roads, which make it easy to travel to cities and sites to visit. For shopping enthusiasts, there is also a large and well-stocked outlet, the Valdichiana Village, just a few kilometres away.

The house is small but really comfortable, it has a kitchenette equipped with everything you might need, a bathroom with shower, a large bedroom and the possibility in the loft of the living room, to accommodate a child up to 12 years in the sofa bed. A simple, comfortable and very pleasant furnishing, with warm colours, stylish furniture and a very particular choice of finishing touches by the owners, crowns everything, making the Selva degli Ulivi an extremely welcoming place, a small nest for a truly romantic holiday.

From here you also have access to the lovely round swimming pool with a diameter of 4 metres and a depth of 1.10 metres, which you will have exclusive use of.
