The small house is located next to the owners' villa, with whom you will also occasionally share the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view of Cortona (size m 4x8, depth m 1.40-1.60).

Casina Cuore is furnished with taste and care down to the smallest detail, is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and has a beautiful private terrace-solarium and an outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture for your dinners “al fresco”. Above all, the terrace will become the focal point of your cool summer evenings with the view of Cortona lit up in the distance.

Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 40.
Heating Euro 5 per day (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day (small size only).
Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Air conditioning Euro 7 per day (if used).
