First-floor apartment with entrance from an external staircase shared with LA MAESTRA, comprising living-dining room with kitchen facilities, open fireplace and double-bed settee, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR

The grounds in front of the house are attractive and contain age-old but thriving olive trees. Here you will find a barbecue and garden furniture as well as the lovely 6 x 12 m swimming pool.

Services included: initial cleaning, pool and park manteinance, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use).

Services not included (to be paid locally and directly to the owner): Obligatory final cleaning  €50,00 fix, tourist tax where applicable (details on arrival from the owner or property responsible). Children up to 12 years do not pay.

Services on request (to be paid locally to the owner): heating €5,00/m³.

DEPOSIT: €150,00 in cash on arrival per apartment.
