SECOND FLOOR: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, SAT TV, oven, freezer.

EXTERIOR

The grounds in front of the house are attractive and contain age-old but thriving olive trees. Here you will find a barbecue and garden furniture as well as the lovely 6 x 12 m swimming pool. The pool is open from 3th May to 27th September.

Services included: initial cleaning, pool and park manteinance, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use).

Services not included (to be paid locally and directly to the owner): Obligatory final cleaning €60,00, tourist tax € 1,50. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

Services on request (to be paid locally to the owner): heating €5,00/m³.

DEPOSIT: €150,00 in cash on arrival per apartment.
