Casa Caldisi is situated about 8 km distant from Castiglion Fiorentino, a lovely medieval village of  the Chiana Valley endowed with shops and services.

This old village still has the narrow medieval lanes surrounded with ancient period buildings,  typical "trattorie" and Tuscan restaurants where it will be pleasant to taste the most renowned dishes of the Tuscan food.

The house is situated on the top of the "Passo della Foce", in a tiny hamlet, from where you can glimpse an incredible view on the Val di Chio which, with its green, wooded hills, connects the Valdichiana to the Valtiberina and to the border with Umbria.

The old restored farmhouse hosts on the ground floor some premises sometimes used by the owners, whereas, going up a cosy, external staircase you can reach the terrace-solarium equipped with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals.

Furnishing is functional and comfortable, with some valuable, local antiques, a family inheritance that the owners have restored with care and respecting tradition.

INTERIOR 
Going up a stone, external staircase you can reach the wide terrace-solarium where you find the entrance to the house which is divided into two independent units. The first unit with entrance on living-dining room with kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms both with access to a panoramic balcony. The second unit with entrance on living-dining room with kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with access to the panoramic balcony. 

EQUIPMENT
washing machine, dishwasher, oven (2), freezer (2), filter coffee maker, moka coffee maker, toaster, CD player, iron and ironing board, high chair, SAT TV, wood burning oven and stove, fly screens, Wi-Fi Internet access.

OUTDOOR 
From the terrace you can either reach the apartments, or through some steps, the beautiful swimming pool (size m. 10x5, depth m. 1-1,40), equipped with sun umbrella and sun beds. At clients disposal also a barbecue, wood burning oven, a typical stove and a car spot inside the property. The pool is open from 13th May to 23th September.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, water, gas for cooking, bed linen and towel with weekly change, pool and garden maintenance, Internet WIFI (max 3gb per week).

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: final cleaning (80,00 Euro fix price), supplement for pets - small size only (5,00 Euro each one per day),  tourist tax (if required, details will be given on the spot)

ON REQUEST: heating if used (5,00 Euro per cubic meter gas), pool towels  (3,00 Euro per towel, on previous request), firewood € 15,00/100 kg.

Deposit: €200,00 to be paid cash on arrival
