Casa Diana is part of an oasis in a land of 130 hectares located in the southern region of Tuscany known as the Maremma.The company has developed its own extracts and essential oils in a full line of natural cosmetics, dietary supplements and herbal teas. The existing stone farmhouse has been renovated respecting the original rural architecture of the area and is now an eco- farm, furnished with care and equipped with all modern amenities, including free high-speed internet.
The accommodation is divided into two parts: in the main part there are five bedrooms, each with private bath and accessible from the garden ensuring total independence and privacy; in front of it on a lower level, there is an outbuilding which comprises an living-dining room area, kitchen and covered porch.

Lena, 01/06/2018The location is beautiful, secluded and with great views. The approach to the house is easy to accomplish with conventional cars and no problem.
The equipment of the house is very good, v. Also compared to my previous experience regarding holiday homes in Italy.
It is sufficient dishes, cooking utensils, etc. available. Dishwasher, very large fridge, enough work space.
The division into the two houses (sleeping + living) is awesome, because it does not bother each other.
Since house has a lot of small corners in the garden - from fire pit, terrace in front of and next to residential house etc. - which make it very comfortable and especially for a larger group very pleasant.
The garden was beautifully planted and very well maintained.
The pool was cleaned daily, has good depth and is long enough for swimming. There were only a few shade spots due to two small umbrellas available. But it was not bad now.
The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and very nicely prepared.
Arrival and departure were regarding the arrangements with the caretaker absolutely problem-free and pleasant.
We will definitely recommend the house to others!

Ground floor: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and its own veranda .
First floor: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom . All rooms are either twin or double beds.

Ground Floor: kitchen / dining room and living room opening onto the garden, veranda.
Accessories: satellite TV, Wi -Fi, wireless internet, stereo, wood stove, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, heating, Jacuzzi .
OUTDOOR
The isolated location is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature, have been installed in the garden a beautiful stone swimming pool and a hot tub with stunning views.
The Terme di Saturnia with its beautiful 18-hole golf course and the beautiful Etruscan villages of Pitigliano and Sovana are all within 25 minutes drive. The Archaeological Park of Vulci is ten minutes away and for lovers of the beautiful sea beach in Capalbio is 30 minutes.
The price includes: preparing biological breakfast .
The price does not include : heating , any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: preparing lunch and dinner, cooking classes and wine tastings.
Security deposit: € 750.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
