Casa Klementine is a newly built house situated in the small village of Santa Maria just outside the quaint village of Lucignano. Today Lucignano is a quiet rural village that retains the most ancient traditions of Tuscany, and is equipped with restaurants, bars, and small grocery stores.

The location of the house is ideal for getting around and visiting Tuscany and the main cities.

First floor: reached via an internal staircase , master bedroom with private terrace furnished with table and chairs for breakfast , double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds , with shared terrace furnished with table and chairs for breakfast , a bathroom, a bathroom with shower.

Attic: reached via a staircase, double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, with shared terrace furnished with table and chairs for breakfast , bathroom with bathtub.

Accessories: TV , fridge with freezer, microwave , dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster , kettle, iron and ironing board, washing machine , fans ( 3 ), barbecue .

OUTDOOR

Casa Klementine has a fully fenced yard , a beautiful swimming pool (size m . 10x4 , prof. M . 1.20 to 1.60 ) , a barbecue and a large porch adjacent to the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and relax on summer evenings.

The price includes : water, gas kitchen use, weekly change of linen , electricity, internet wi-fi.

The price does not include: final cleaning €180.00 , any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: Painting Courses , Italian Language , tours and day trips , wine tasting and wine tours , cooking classes , transfers to and from major airports.

 

Security deposit: €300.00 deposit in cash on arrival .
