Casa Klementine has a fully fenced yard , a beautiful swimming pool (size m . 10x4 , prof. M . 1.20 to 1.60 ) , a barbecue and a large porch adjacent to the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and relax on summer evenings.

The price includes : water, gas kitchen use, weekly change of linen , electricity, internet wi-fi.

The price does not include: final cleaning €180.00 , any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: Painting Courses , Italian Language , tours and day trips , wine tasting and wine tours , cooking classes , transfers to and from major airports.

 

Security deposit: €300.00 deposit in cash on arrival .
