Casa Luce is a very pretty detached cottage with swimming pool situated in panoramic position with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and the towers of San Gimignano. The house has been recently renovated is located within a large estate of 10,000 m2 planted with vineyards and olive groves.

The house has two floors and each floor can be accessed from the outside. The furniture is comfortable and the location offers the opportunity to spend a nice holiday in contact with nature in one of the most charming places of Tuscany. The neighboring villages of the Chianti (Castellina, Radda, Greve, Gaiole etc. ..) are easily reached by car.

INTERIORS

Ground floor : living- dining area with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven , freezer, dishwasher , toaster, coffee maker, kettle), bathroom , living room (satellite TV) with large windows that overlook a beautiful landscape .

Lower floor: double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds ( can be put together on request), bathroom with tub and shower, laundry room with washing machine , ironing board and iron.

All rooms (except bathrooms) have access to the outside .
Air conditioning is available upstairs.

OUTDOOR

The swimming pool ( 13 x 6 m - minimum depth of 1.3 m - maximum depth 2,1 m - open from 01/06 to 30/09 ) with Jacuzzi area and outdoor shower (only cold water) of Casa Luce is situated in a scenic area about 20 meters from the house , and its use is shared with the owners (when present).

A well-tended garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining surrounds the entire house ;barbecue.

The price includes : water, gas cooking purposes, linen and towels 1 set per person, Internet WIFI, final cleaning.

The price does not include: electricity consumption (€0,45/kwh), any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: heating (€6,00/mt3).

Security deposit : € 250.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.

Pets: not allowed
