The house is a recently converted barn with great care and attention to preserving its original architectural features. The pool is located just 10 meters from the house and is shared with 5 other apartments of the small hamlet where is also Casa Richard. The property is accessed via an unpaved road in good condition.

Washing machine is located in a room outside the apartment ( accessible from the garden ) . Parking within the grounds .
