Casa Romolo is a characteristic Tuscan country house (“Leopold style”) situated on the Florentine hills, approx. 3km away from the small town of San Casciano Val di Pesa. This villa, surrounded by beautiful olive groves and vineyards, is in quiet and panoramic location. The villa interiors are furnished in a rustic country style.

Outside guests can enjoy use of a private pool and of a nice, furnished area ideal for al-fresco dining. The property’s convenient location allows easy access to the most important places of interest in Tuscany.

INTERIORS

Ground floor: entrance with fireplace, living-room with fireplace, kitchen with access on to a nice furnished portico, toilet.

1 step down: large living-room with dining area and access on to the outside.

First floor: passage-way living area, bathroom with shower, passage-way twin-bedded room, double bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (access to the bathroom going up 2 steps).

Second floor (in the house tower): double bedroom.

Accessories: satellite TV, Intenet WI-FI, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, baby-cot. All of the bedrooms provide mosquito nets and fans.

OUTSIDE

Casa Romolo offers a large, well-kept outside area, a private swimming-pool (14 x 7 m- min. depth 1,5 m – max. depth 2 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09) set in panoramic location, furnished portico and a barbecue.

The price includes: water, gas for kitchen use.

The price does not include: final cleaning €100.00, electricity €100.00/week

On request: WI-FI internet provided (€10,00/per week to be paid on the spot), small pets are permitted only upon acceptance by the owner at the time of booking, maid service €12.00/hour, heating 5.60€/cubic meter, Internet Wifi €10.00/week, babycot.

Security deposit: €500,00 to be paid in cash on the arrival
