SECOND FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, twin bedroom, bedroom with small double bed ( 1,50 mt ) , bathroom with shower.

ANNEX: access through two steps, sitting-dining room with kitchen-corner, double bedroom, study with single bed and truckle bed, bathroom with shower. Going down through an internal staircase we find the gym equipped with bench, exercise bike, and punching bag.

EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, washing-machine, Tv, freezer, oven, toaster, lemon squeezer, gym.

EXTERIOR
The property is completely fenced and it is set up with a well kept garden of about 300 m2 where, exclusively for our clients, there are a lovely swimming pool (dim. 8x4 m. - depth 1,30-,160 m.), the barbecue, the porch with table and chairs to eat outside and the table football. It is possible to heat the pool at the cost of Euro 12,00 per day. The pool os open from 12th April to 25th October.

Services included: fully cleaned property equipped with linens, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use), pool and park maintenance, Internet WIFI access free of charge.

Compulsory services not included: final cleanings (€180,00 fix).

Services upon request: heating (€ 2,00/m³), pool heating Euro 12 per day.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: €300,00 in cash on arrival.

Pets: Not allowed.
