The house has been sensibly and comfortably furnished with period furniture.

The road leading to the villa (approx. 1,5 km) is quite steep in parts, however practicable with any type of car.

The villa is endowed with solar panels which make it independent from traditional energy resources making the most of its ecological value.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: Sitting-dining room with kitchen corner, fireplace, sofa and TV, opening out onto large porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. 
FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase double bedroom, double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower. 
All the 5 bedrooms and the sitting-dining room are endowed with wall fans. 

OUTDOOR

Around the villa there is a large fenced garden equipped with garden furniture, table tennis and barbecue, and a beautiful completely fenced swimming pool (5 x 10m, depth 1,40m).

EQUIPMENT: dishwasher, freezer, oven, deep freeze, filter coffee maker, toaster, DVD player, safe, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, kettle, moka coffee maker, washing machine, highchair, table tennis, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, fans.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, water, cooking gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool towels (upon request), 1 cot (on previous request), internet Wi-Fi, cleaning of the house at the end of each week (for multiple-week bookings), use of pool from first Saturday of May to last Saturday of September

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:    Obligatory final cleaning (€ 150,00), supplement for pet (€ 5,00 each per day), Tourist Tax if applicable (details on the spot where required)

ON REQUEST:  heating upon consumption (€ 9,00/m³), TYPICAL TUSCAN DINNER (to be ordered in advance) with Personal Chef in villa Euro 49 per person (Wine included)
