The three apartments, the Arches (125 m), the Jars (125 square meters) and the Portico (48 m) were derived from a nineteenth-century barn, are fully renovated and equipped with all services, while respecting the style of the old Tuscan farmhouses of the past (stone walls, characteristic brick arches, etc..). The arches and Jars are two apartments of the same composition, from 5/6 beds, arranged in a single structure, but totally independent (at the request of the guests, can also be put on notice, given their proximity). Since 2010 he has added a new apartment: L’Antico casale is composed by 2 apartments. The owners live on the first floor, while the ground floor with a completely separate entrance there 's apartment reserved for guests.

INTERIOR

Casale Campagnatico is composed by the following apartments:

IL PORTICO (48mq)-The apartment is composed by a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is suitable for disabled people.

ARCHI (125mq)- The apartment is located on two floors and is composed by: dining room with  kitchen, fireplace,  living room, bathroom with shower and asingle bedroom. A staircase leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor consists of: two big bedrooms (one twin and one double), and abathroom with shower and bathtub.

LE GIARE (125mq)- The apartment is located on two floors and is composed by: dining room with built-in kitchen and stone fireplace, living room, bathroom with shower and a single bedroom. A staircase leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor consists of: two spacious bedrooms (one twin and one double), and a further bathroom with shower and bath.

L’ANTICO CASALE (140mq)- The apartment of 140 square meters consists of a large living room with sofa, coffee table, dresser, satellite TV, fireplace and dining tablefor six people, a kitchenette with fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, worktop, table and sideboard, two large double bedrooms that can also be used as a double, a double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower (one smaller one with aerator), a large porch(60 sqm) with table and wrought iron chairs for six people and a swing, a garden and uncovered parking, barbecue. All windows areequipped with mosquito nets and fans.

LOCATION
