Casale del Riccio is a very old farm house,set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and recently renovated into a confortable holiday villa.
This beautiful farmhouse still conserves the traditional building and represents the typical rural architecture of the Valdichiana countryside with wooden ceilings, antique brick arches, Tuscan terracotta floors and an elegant furnishing which give Casale del Riccio a very special touch of genuineness and authenticity.
This beautiful villa is located at the edge of the woods that mark the border between the Valdichiana and the Valdarno valleys. The property is dominated by the ancient Castle of Civitella. Casale del Riccio is the ideal accomodation for those who want to spend a restful holiday without renouncing day trips to the most beautiful artistic towns of central Italy. Each bedroom has beautiful views on the countryside.
The villa is situated a few kilometers far fom Arezzo, Cortona, Monte San Savino, Trasimeno Lake, Sansepolcro, Chianti region, Valdorcia and more.
The big and well-kept garden is an ideal location to hold any kind of party and reception such aniversaries or weddings, business meetings. The garden can be covered with stands during the cold season. In summer, it is also possible to make areas for children using inflated games or follow cooking lessons in the kitchen of the villa.

Pour 18 personnes peut être quelques équipements éléctroménager comme un robot et moules pour faire de grands plats, mais ce serait vraiment un plus car la maison ne manque de RIEN

Un peu cher, tout en étant honnête, je pense que la maison devrait se situer vers 3000 euros la semaine en periode estivale mais c’est une règle générale sur les locations dans cette periode.

OUI sans aucun soucis, le bonheur cette maison, la propriétaire est également très gentille,

Malgré un gros problème de piscine (couleur vert!!!) la propriétaire était très ennuyée de ce problème et est venue tous les jours pour le régler. La maison est tout le temps très bien entretenue, j’espère avoir les moyens de pouvoir y revenir. UN GRAND MERCI A MME GARCIA DE NOUS AVOIR TROUVE CETTE MAISON, TOUT LE MONDE A PASSE DES VACANCES SENSATIONNELLES;

INTERIOR
GROUND FLOOR: Sitting/dining room with fireplace, kitchen with large portico facing out onto the swimming pool and equipped for al fresco eating, two double bedrooms ( both with 3rd single bed), bathroom with shower, laundry room.
The kitchen is large and full equipped. It can be used to organize dinners for large groups or for cooking lessons.
FIRST FLOOR: Four double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower. Possibility to add 2 single beds in the bedrooms.
EQUIPMENT:
2 refridgerators with freezer department, dishwasher, large Satellite TV in living room, 2 ovens, microwave, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, cot, high chair, DVD player, stereo, fly screens, internet WiFi , table football game, table tennis.
OUTDOORS
The property with electric entrance gate is completely fenced and has 5 covered parking spaces. Around the villa there is a large garden area with garden furniture, brick barbecue, games for children, a sports field, table football, table tennis and a lovely pool (6 x 12 m, depth from 1, 10 to 2,00 m) equipped with solar outdoor shower, sun beds and sun umbrellas.
THE PRICES INCLUDE:
electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, bed linnen and towels with weekly change, internet Wi-Fi, pool and garden maintainance.
NOT IN THE PRICE INCLUDED COMPULSORY SERVICES (available and payable directly on site to the owner): supplement for max. 4 additional beds if used (€15,00 per day each), final cleaning (€250,00 fix price), animals (€5,00 per anima per dayl), eventual tourist tax (further details given on site by the owner)
ON REQUEST: heating if used (€ 10,-/15kg pellet ), fire wood (€15,00 per 100 kg), pool towels (€3,00 per towel), further additional services on request.
