Casale Marcianello features a large garden of about 2 acres with swimming pool , whose use is for the exclusive use of the pool (14 x 7 m - depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 1,4 m - open from 01 /05 to 30/09) , outdoor shower (only cold water) near the swimming pool , barbecue.

Outside, in front of the main kitchen , there is a picnic area with large table and chairs for alfresco dining . Each room has mosquito nets and ceiling fan . Parking inside the property.

The price includes : water, gas kitchen , electricity.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 200.00 , Heating, possible tourist tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request : baby bed is available for free , more baby beds are available at a cost of € 30.00 per week , maid service available at a cost of € 10.00 per hour , heating according to consumption ( € 3.80 per m3) , wood for free fireplace .
