The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

 Accessories: satellite TV, 2 ovens, freezer, dishwasher, microwave.

 The property is surrounded by vineyards in the owners' farm and has ample outdoor spaces.

Swimming-pool: (12 x 4.5 m - 1.4 m depth) - open from 1 May to 30 September.
