Il Nido is placed in an extremely panoramic position in the green and beautiful Alpe di Catenaia, not far from the mountain pass that connects the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina. From the house you have a splendid view on luxuriant woods of ancient oaks and chestnut trees, and on the nearby city of Arezzo. The access way to the property, a small unmade road of about 2 km is not recommendable to sportive cars.
A few kilometers away from the property, ascending the Casentino Valley on the left bank of the river Arno, there is Subbiano, an industrious, nice village with supermarkets, typical restaurants and shops, which can be dated back to the Roman age.
The small house which has been recently restored with the ancient, local stone, is originally very old, and was in fact used by shepherds as a place of rest. The antique furniture and decoration create a charming atmosphere.
The house is reachable via a small unmade road (about 2 km ) not advisable for sportive cars.

INTERIOR
GROUND FLOOR: entrance on a living-dining room with kitchen corner, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access either from internal or external staircase, double bedroom with fireplace.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, satellite TV, air conditioning, barbecue.
OUTDOOR
Clients con also use a panoramic swimming pool (size mt. 6 x 2,70, depth mt. 1,30) placed among silver olive groves, a nice (heated) hydro massage bath for 5 persons, a pergola equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, a barbecue and garden furniture. The external space around the house (about 1200 m2) is completely fenced.
Services included: electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, pool towels, Internet Wi-Fi
Services not included: final cleaning (€70), eventual Tourist Tax where applicable
Services on request (to be paid on site): air conditioning Euro 1,00 per kwh, heating Euro 1,00 per kwh, heated Jacuzzi Euro 1,00 per kwh
Security deposit: € 200,00 in cash on arrival.
Pets: only small pets allowed

Check-in: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.00
