Il Vecchio Podere di Pienza is only 8 km far from the spa of Bagno Vignoni and 4 km far from the beautiful Pienza, declared by the UNESCO a world heritage for its city plan and the importance of its monuments. The farmhouse is located on a high, very panoramic hill inside a large agricultural farm, and it is composed by a main manor house divided into 4 apartments and by the "Granaio" where we find other 3 apartments all comfortably and functional furnished.

All the apartments have independent central heating and room outside equipped with garden furniture and barbecue to have meals in the open air. As all the apartments are located within a large farm (55 hectares) populated with the local wild fauna like the oine wood, the lake and the clay hills.

The Val d'Orcia is a wide valley located in the province of Siena, in the north-east of Mount Amiata and crossed by the river Orcia, which names it.

Famous all over the world because of its peculiar territory characterized by enchanting hill views and the lovely medieval villages such as Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Quirico d'Orcia, Monticchiello.

The Val d'Orcia is recalled for its typical dishes (the "Pecorino" cheese of Pienza, the "Pici") always accompanied by world-wide known wines such as the Brunello of Montalcino and the Nobile of Montepulciano.

First floor apartment in the main house with entrance from external staircase with typical loggia in common with apartment La Ginestra and composed of living-dining room with kitchen corner, fireplace and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.

OUTDOORS

At guests disposal a nice lake for fishing, a beautiful swimming pool (size mt. 9x4, depth mt. 0,80-1,80), a barbecue, a small pool for children (diameter mt. 2,50, depth mt. 0,60), a children playground, an external Jacuzzi (4 seats) and laundry service on payment.

The swimming pool is situated on a sloping downhill and is perfectly integrated with the countryside, it is equipped with garden furniture and there is also a tennis table and a playing area for children.

A stone's throw from the house "Granaio" and around 200 mt. far from the main house the original and charming bio-lake, with water depuration made through water plants oxygenation (size around sqm. 500, depth mt. 0,00-2,30) equipped with deck-chairs, tables and sun umbrellas.

Services included: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, initial cleaning, pool and garden cleaning, Internet WIFI.

Services not included: obligatory final cleaning (€ 40,00 fix), eventual tourist tax regarding the new legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner).

On request: heating (€ 15,00/day)

Security deposit: € 200,00 to be paid cash on arrival.
