La Castiglionese is a beautiful detached villa with private pool situated in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, famous area of Tuscany south of Siena rich in charming villages and hamlets such as Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Castiglione d'Orcia. The house has been recently renovated and is very welcoming, the decor is comfortable and the outdoor spaces (6500 m2) very well kept.
The location is a starting point for exploring the beauty of central Tuscany and Umbria. A few kilometers from the property are some of the most important and renowned spas of the region (Bagni di San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni) where you can make wellness programs (in sulfur water baths, treatments, massages, etc ...).

Guests can also have 3 bikes ( free of charge) a washing machine in a separate room outside. Parking in the grounds.

The price does not include: final cleaning €300.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: 3 baby beds are available at a cost of € 10.00 per bed / per week, 2 sofa-beds for children under 16 years of age available for € 20.00 per bed / per week , maid service available at € 12.00/hour, wood for fireplace, barbecue and parking , pets allowed with extra charge of € 25.00 per week. Heating according to consumption (€3,5 m3) .
