Podere Lorentino is a beautiful stone villa set at the beginning of the green and wooded valley of Casentino, one of the four valleys which surround the city of Arezzo.

The Casentino Valley, placed north of Arezzo, have nowadays become a National Trust of the Natural Reserve of Casentino Forests. The valley, crossed by the River Arno, during the centuries had been a land of armies transit and conquest, one of the most remembered battles is "Campaldino" fought in 1289 between Florence and Arezzo, where also Dante Alighieri struggled together with the Florentine army.

Podere Lorentino is composed of a main farmhouse and an annex. The furnishing is cured, refined and comfortable and fits perfectly in with the features of the house. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is also endowed with solar panels.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat "al fresco".

FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

ANNEX: large living room with billiard table and fireplace, bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, lemon squeezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, billiard table, wood burning oven, satellite TV,
barbecue

GARDEN
All around the farmhouse, there is  a wide park completely fenced with a beautiful swimming pool (size 15x8 m., depth 1,00-2,40 m.), a Jacuzzi  and a small children play area. Next to the pool a locker room and a bathroom with shower.

Included in the weekly price: Internet WIFI, electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, pool and garden maintenance, bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool towels (on previous request), baby bed (on previous request), use of pool from last Saturday in April to first Saturday in October

Not included in the weekly price: final cleaning €180,00, weekly supplement in case SMALL SIZED animals come along €5,00/animal/day, eventual tourist tax regarding the new legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner).

On request: heating if used (6,00 Euro per cubic meter gas),  firewood (Euro 15 / 100 kgs), airco €0,60/kwh.

breakage deposit: 300,00 Euro to be paid cash on arrival

animals: only SMALL SIZED animals are welcome on a weekly supplement
