Villa Carol is a lovely villa with private pool situated about 3 km from the medieval town of Monte Carlo, in the province of Lucca. The house was completely renovated in 2010 and has been transformed into a beautiful country house hotel with every comfort. The interiors are furnished with care and attention to detail.

The location allows you to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside and at the same time it's easy to visit the main cities of the region. The Versilia coastline area (beaches and famous nightlife) as well as Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini and Florence are not so far from the property. Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good condition.

The price includes: water, gas, weekly change of linen, electricity, Internet, final cleanings.

The price does not include: any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality (details provided on site by the owner).

On request: Heating € 40.00 per day, air conditioning € 20.00 per day, a baby bed available at a cost of € 20.00 per week, maid service available on request € 15.00 per hour;only small pets allowed (with a supplement of € 50.00 per week per pet).
