Montepulciano is an ancient hill town, which dominates the surrounding valleys of the Val d’Orcia and the Val di Chiana.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: sitting/dining room with kitchenette, sitting room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. 
FIRST FLOOR: reached by an external stone staircase. Large airy sitting/dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outside the sitting room is a sunny terrace equipped with table and chairs. 

EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, washing machine, Satellite TV, oven, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, air conditioning in the livingroom at the ground floor, table tennis, swing, 3 covered car spots.

OUTDOOR:

In front of the house a large, panoramic and completely fenced garden where we find a swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1,60 m), a gazebo with tables, chairs and barbecue, a small volleyball court, table tennis, swing and 3 covered car spot.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:  electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, sheets and towels with weekly change, internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living-dining room.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:   compulsory final cleaning (€ 100,00), heating (€5,00/cubic meter), supplement for pet (€ 5,00 per day each), Tourist Tax where applicable (more details on site if required)

ON REQUEST:  swimming towels available on request Euro 2 each, wood (€ 15,00/100 kg), heating if used (€ 4,50 per cubic meter)
