Also suitable for the disabled.

Mezzanine (located above the living room): 2 single sofa beds .

First floor: bathroom with shower, double bedroom , double bedroom with canopy bed , bathroom with shower , 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers .

 Villa Fontina offers a beautiful private garden and fully equipped with chairs, tables, chairs, umbrellas, large private pool and sun loungers (14 x 6 m - maximum depth 1,8 m - open from 25/ 04 to 15 /10), veranda , barbecue, ping-pong , iron, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available . The price does not include: final cleaning € 150.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request : baby bed and high chair available free of charge , possibility of hiring an extra bed at € 100.00 per week maid service available , possibility to organize lunches and dinners with wine tasting , which will be served on the porch or in the dining room of the villa by a chef who will visit the property to prepare dinner , you can also arrange lessons in painting and cooking , pets permitted at a cost of € 50.00 per week. Heating according to consumption ( € 1 per m3) .

 

Security deposit : € 500.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
