Villa Giulietta is a characteristic stone villa skilful renovation of an old barn located just 5 miles from the medieval town of San Gimignano and only 6 km from the typical town of Certaldo.The property is independent and has a large garden (2000 m2) fully fenced and adorned with flowers and herbs , the center of which is a beautiful rooftop pool with views of the surrounding vineyards .

The interior of the villa , in typical Tuscan rural style ,is very cozy and comfortable. Outside, guests can enjoy wide open spaces that allow you to spend a relaxing stay in one of the most famous places in Tuscany.

Thanks to the location of the villa, you can easily reach the most important places of interest such as Volterra , Siena , Florence and for wine lovers , the whole area of Chianti.

Villa Giulietta is reached via a dirt road in good condition and suitable for any type of vehicle.

3 steps higher ( from the floor of the living room): bedroom with 2 single beds.

1 step down ( from the floor of the living room) : large kitchen with dining area and kitchenette, down a few steps you can reach the area equipped with wood-burning oven for pizzas and barbecue ( inside) directly connected to external access on the terrace with table and chairs.
From the living room you reach the laundry area thanks to a spiral staircase .

Villa Giulietta offers a large garden , swimming pool fed with salt system for the sole use of the pool (14 x 7 m - depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 2,4 m - open from 01 /05 to 30/10 ) , outdoor dining area ( veranda with table and chairs ) overlooking the surrounding vineyards , wood-burning oven for pizzas , barbecue inside ( accessible from the kitchen and outside), children's playground.

The price includes : water, gas kitchen use.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 150.00 , Heating, possible tourist tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: 2 baby cots , 2 high chairs, maid service available at a cost of € 15.00 per hour , heating consumption .

 

Security deposit : € 300.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
