Villa Le Crete is a charming detached villa with large garden, private pool and indoor spa. The house is located in the rolling Tuscan hills, a short distance from Buonconvento, about 30 km south of Siena. Impeccably furnished, the villa offers spacious interiors and is surrounded by a wide garden .The property consists in the main house and an annex (only a few meters from the villa).

The house is accessed via a short stretch of dirt road in good condition and suitable for every type of vehicle

Ground floor: living room with fireplace , dining room , fully equipped kitchen , laundry room with washing machine, large suite with king bed , sitting area with sofa bed and a large bathroom with tub and shower, suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, large living room (satellite TV) with pool table, hot tub ( for 4/6 persons) and sauna , dressing room and bathroom with shower. The rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outside and are equipped with air conditioning.

First floor ( access from outside) : large kitchen with fireplace, living room (satellite TV) with fireplace, dining room, 4 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower ( in each of these rooms you can split the double bed in two single beds) , laundry with washing machine, large double bedroom ( separated into 2 single beds upon request ) with large private bathroom with tub and shower, double bedroom ( separated into 2 single beds upon request ) with large private bathroom with shower.

Villa Le Crete offers a large garden with private swimming pool (12 x 6 m - maximum depth 1,5 m - depth 1,2 m - open from 01 /05 to 31/10 ), barbecue, ping pong table , covered terrace and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside the main house was converted into a wellness area with a pool table, hot tub for 4/6 persons , sauna. Connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi available ( free of charge) .
The parking lot is located in the property.

 

The price includes: water, gas, maid service 3 hours a day for 6 days a week ( mid-week is offered towels in the bathroom ) , pool towels provided free of charge upon arrival ( only 1 towel per person ) , welcome pack on arrival with wine, pasta, breads, meats and cheeses ( for weekly bookings only ) , baby bed available .

Ability to use the products of the biological and the hen house (subject to availability at the moment) .

The price does not include: final cleaning € 400.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: the spa ( hot tub and sauna ) and the air conditioning or heating can be used to off costs of € 75, - per day ( payable locally ) .

Security deposit: € 1,000.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
