The villa is set in a beautiful park and features a private pool and an outbuilding equipped with kitchen, fireplace, 2 toilets, kitchen and pergola.

The house is spread over 3 floors connected by an elevator.

The price does not include:  electricity, final cleaning € 200,00, possible tourist tax to be paid locally (price depending on each municipality).

On request:  heating according to consumption, baby bed, maid service (€ 20.00 per hour) 

Security deposit:  € 400.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)

Animals:  not allowed
