Villa Poggibonsi dates back to the 17th century and it’s a beautiful restored farmhouse with private swimming-pool . This property has been carefully restored preserving its ancient charm and original architectural features; now it is an elegant villa providing all modern comforts and offering beautiful interiors furnished with antiques.

Villa Poggibonsi is situated in a peaceful and panoramic location, between Florence and Siena, only a few kilometers away from the lovely town of San Gimignano and from the Chianti region.

INTERIOR

Ground floor: living-room with fireplace, spacious kitchen with fireplace and access on to a terrace provided with a wooden gazebo furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
4 steps lower: large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
7 steps lower: big covered garage with laundry and shower.

Mezzanine ground floor: double bedroom with baldaquin bed, access on to a panoramic terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower (accessible via a few steps )

First floor : double bedroom, twin-bedded room, bathroom with shower, open gallery with 2 single beds leaning on to the living-room.

OUTDOOR

The garden surrounding the Villa Poggibonsi is well-kept and on a lower level provides a beautiful swimming-pool, a solarium, a covered terrace and a dressing room with fridge, sauna and bathroom with shower.
A nice large outdoor area furnished with a pergola is accessible from the kitchen and the barbecue is ideal for dining outside surrounded by the peace of the Tuscan landscape.

The price includes : Electricity (included up to 350 kw), final cleaning, baby bed, high chair and extra bed.

The price does not include: electricity (for further use: to be paid on the spot according to consumption), possible tourist tax to be paid locally (price depending on each municipality).

On request: heating per m3 upon consumption, wine tasting, cooking classes and possibility of arranging lunch, dinner or breakfast service; extra maid service available at € 15,- / per hour, linen and towels change available at € 15,- / per bedroom.

Security deposit: € 500.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)

Animals: not allowed
