At the ground floor you can find the living room divided into two areas.
By one side you can find a fireplace and two sofa.
By the other side you'll find a big glass table for 8 people; the living room includes 2 televisions, in the kitchen there are a coffee machine, water assistant, refrigerator and washing machine, mixer and robot; Junior suite with bathroom en-suite.

First floor Presidential suite with en-suite batrhoom with the sauna, jacuzzi, wardrobe and tv with hifi, 2 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

At the underground floor you can find a billiard and football table, the cinema area with hi-fi, you can also find a drum and a keyboard, microphones and karaoke stereo.

Accessories: Internet Wifi, satellite TV, VCR/DVD, baby Bed, parking, microwave, washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, fireplace, window Screens, private patio, Jacuzi bathtub, heat available; every bathroom has a shower with idromassage e music, hairdryer, towels, bidet.

Villa Raffaello offers a lovely heated covered pool, perfect for hot summer days but also for chilly fall and spring! 28 degrees water guaranteed in winter too.
Charming lights in eight shades of color will welcome you in the pool at night.

The outside area of the villa welcomes a splendid living area where you can enjoy a drink, read a book, listen to music thanks to the hifi system.
BBQ and dining table are availbale.
