Villetta Sabri is a cozy and comfortable home with private pool, located just 5 km from the beautiful town of San Gimignano. The house has been recently renovated and is a portion of a beautiful country house. Outside there is a large well-kept garden.
The owners live next door in a portion of the house with separate entrance and are available in case of need. A nice porch overlooking the garden and is ideal for tasty lunches or dinners.
Villetta Sabri is an excellent starting point for exploring the beauty of central Tuscany, within 1 hour's drive you can reach Florence, Siena, Volterra and the whole area of Chianti Classico.
The property is accessible from a dirty road in good condition.

First floor: Double bedroom with four poster bed and single sofa bed, bedroom with 2 single beds (can be put together on request), bathroom with shower and bath.
Accessories: dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, barbecue, parking.
OUTDOOR
Villetta Sabri offers a large private garden (fenced) with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - depth 0,8 m - maximum depth 1,65 m-open from 01/05 to 30/09 ), barbecue. The house has internet connection Wi-Fi and a washing machine is available.
The parking lot is located on the property.
The price includes: airconditioning, water, gas, weekly change of linen, electricity.
