Past clients have particularly enjoyed spending time under the covered terrace, perfect for al fresco meals, furnished for outdoor dining.
The garden is fenced all around, making it the ideal property for families travelling with young children. Furthermore, there is also a children’s play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining.

The property is ideal for a small family who want a holiday in complete tranquility and privacy, Il Pettirosso is an ideal location for exploring Tuscany, being only 10 km from a road connecting Pisa and Florence. Both are reachable in about an hour and a half and the town San Gimignano is 40 km away. There are some cats inside the property.

Il Pettirosso is surrounded by a large garden flat, where there is a beautiful saltwater pool. The garden is fully fenced , making it very safe this environment, especially for children who can safely placed in the playground recreation for them.
