Here and there are ancient villages rich in history and tradition. One of these is Marciano della Chiana (3 km), dominated by its castle, over which the mighty tower stands like a grim sentinel, majestically overlooking the valley below. You could do your shopping in grocery stores and supermarkets in Foiano della Chiana, also about 3 km away.

La Chianina is an old farmhouse that in recent years has regained its original beauty. The wooden beams, the warm colours used and the stylish furniture give it a cosy and comfortable atmosphere that will make you feel immediately comfortable and welcome. The farmhouse will be the ideal place for your family holidays, the outdoor space, large and safe, will allow your children to run and explore while you enjoy an aperitif by the pool. Or even if you are travelling in a group, La Chianina will provide you with large and comfortable space for dinners with your friends, or it can also serve as a starting point for your trips to discover the villages and cities of art in central Italy.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: living-dining room with kitchen corner, fireplace and single sofa bed, double bedroom with added single bed, wc (washbasin, water-closet, bidet).
 

FIRST FLOOR: reachable either from inner or outer staircase, living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
On ground floor, on the pool side, there are a bathroom with shower and a laundry.
Thanks to its own characteristics (two independent entrances and two kitchens) the house is ideal to accommodate also two families who wish to spend their holidays together, yet maintaining their own privacy.

OUTDOOR

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by tall trees, decorated with pots and flowers and equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, swing and barbecue. Under the large centuries-old oak tree, to the side of the house, there is a small corner designed for relaxing with a good book or for an evening chat with friends and a glass of wine. The beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m), for your exclusive use, has sunbeds and umbrellas and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Two covered parking spaces are also available.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It's not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
